THE STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE

Mariepaul Couture is committed to the highest level of craftsmanship. If your ready-to-wear garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a disciplined, straightforward return and exchange process.

THE 14-DAY WINDOW

Returns and exchanges for ready-to-wear garments must be requested within 14 days of the original delivery date. Packages sent back outside of this window will be refused and returned to the sender.

CONDITION OF RETURN

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be in pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition.

• All original Mariepaul tags must be physically attached in their original positions.

• The garment must be free of any odors, fragrances, makeup, or signs of wear.

• If a garment is returned showing any indication that it has been worn for an event, the return will be unequivocally rejected, no refund will be issued, and the item will be shipped back at the buyer's expense.

CUSTOM COUTURE & ALTERATIONS

Due to the highly individualized nature of our work, all custom bespoke garments, made-to-measure house uniforms, and items that have undergone personal alterations are Strictly Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

HOW TO INITIATE

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our team at Mariepaulgroup@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review the request and, upon approval, provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
